Delicious food! My friend had the Egg Salad with an Arnold Palmer and lemon bar. My salad was seasonal and unfortunately I don’t recall the name. I also had an Arnold Palmer.
Came here this morning because I was getting my getting my car maintenance down the street & I walked up the street looking for a place for coffee, I found this Euro Pane Vary it's Amazing! Loved it, very homy like, I loved the service, great pastry, breakfast quiche, coffee it's good. OG
Very spacious for a bakery, they were open all new years Eve for the Rose parade :)
Panini. Need I say more? This is my favorite place to buy hot sandwiches.
Best egg salad sandwich this side of eggtown
Very high prices for a very average experience. The freshly baked English muffins were definitely good, but the prices were not, especially considering the wide variety of similar cafés with similar menus nearby.
Great pastry, quiche, sandwiches, and drinks. Close to Sheraton Pasrdena.
My visit at 10 am on a Friday: "I'd like a wrap." "Sorry, we are all out", "How about adding an egg to a Ham & Cheese sandwich?" "We are out of eggs.", "How about a chocolate pastry?" "We don't have any of those either."
We recently ordered 2 dozen macaroons for a baby shower from Euro Pane. Not only are they bigger than average but the favor is quite delicious. They have a great variety of favors and you can call in advance for them to reserve you the ones you want.
Best scones and chicken salad sandwich in Pasadena
I came here on a whim, and I hadn't ever heard of it. It is very very good!
Every pastry here is delicious! The poppy seed buns are one of my favorites. Try it all!
The bread pudding is to die for. Really great home made tasting stuff here
I was at a convention in Pasadena last week, at breakfast almost every day there, at lunch a few times too. Everything was fresh and good, the service was excellent. I had an egg on the giant english muffin a few times, it had feta, it was really good. My friends had the egg salad this morning and it was the prettiest thing I've ever seen on a plate. I wish I'd ordered it. If you are in the area, you have to try this place.
I loved their pastries
Good selection. The help was very friendly and kind.
Good coffee and thoroughly delicious English muffins.
Oh my Goddess! The best chocolate chip walnut cookies! Their English Muffins are quite tasty too!
Quick breakfast during our Sunday walk. No long lines quick service.
The roast beef sandwich when paired with the rosemary currant bread or olive bread is one of the best textured RB sandwiches I've had.The only thing that bothers me are the fruit flies that seem to buzz around in both locations' pastry displays cases. They've discouraged me from snagging a delicious tidbit quite a few times.
It's been pretty consistent over the years. A recent remodel helps a bit but the menu remains the same.I've enjoyed most everything Europane has to offer. Coffee is good too.
Yes- it's a very Euro Bakery.Try the salted Caramel macaroon and chocolate croissant. The quiche was pretty good too- heck try all their foods. Their coffee wasn't too good though- lots of other good places for coffee. Euro Pane's coffee is a little more acidic than what I am used to.Sometimes they don't have what you want because they are shipping it over from their home store and it hasn't arrived yet.
Great bakery! It should be nice to have a board or flyer with the menu and prices.
Kind of a long line for a weekday morning, but some empty seats for chilling out in the cafe, awesome staff, delicious pastries. They make some of their signature pastries on the weekends only. Will be back.
Artisan breads and pastries, wonderful sandwiches. Parking can be inconvenient at times.
Excellent egg salad sandwich and pastries. Also, on weekends, their french toast is pretty great.
Great BLT, egg sandwich, soups, and chocolate croissant. Fruit tarts are also very good.
Chicken salad sandwich was tasty, the lemon square was delicious. Customer service was great and my food was served fast.
Ordered a croqué madame which could've easily have served 2-3 people. Well-proportioned, affectionately served. Macarons may lack in variety of options - they aren't lacking in taste. 2 hour and unlimited parking on streets to the left of entrance.
Definitely not the pre-covid Europane. The almond pastry was a vacant shell of puff akin to those in bulk packages at a certain box store. If you've had the pleasure of having a pre-covid one, the post will be a disappointment, and paying for it at a pastry peice adds injury. These are not fresh. These are not European.Staff was nice enough as always.
everything is made fresh daily and so delicious. pastries are fantastic, and their black currant rosemary bread is one of my favorites !
Euro Pane Bakery is almost always a cut above anything else available in Pasadena, or even outside the Westside. Her pastries are always flaky, delicate and buttery and the bakery frequently features many newer pastries and creations being introduced locally. Euro Pane was among the first local bakeries to have macarons, and theirs right from the start were great bargains, large, fresh and luscious, unlike many I could name. The variety of offerings and their high quality are simply unobtainable almost anywhere else.
THE BEST MACARONS IN CALIFORNIA! I love pistachio macarons and most places are either bought from a third part distributor and it's hard to find a reasonable price for the size. Most places in Pasadena have teeny tiny macarons for almost 2 dollars each. Europane has the perfect size and theirs is only 2.15 each! Their staff is so sweet and their food is always fresh and baked daily! I recommend the macarons of course, the chai, and the turkey sandwiches!
Very good. Good coffe
Fantastic pastries.
Owner-founder Pastry Chef Sumi Chang learned from the best (Nancy Silverton of La Brea Bakery). Her caneles alone are worth a trip. Late afternoon pastries specials but you have to ask about them
Great sandwiches and salads. Pretty good coffee. I have been coming here for years and find myself drawn to all the classics. The egg salad sandwich may be the best in the entire metropolitan area. The bakery is also excellent, all the breads for the sandwiches are made in house, and don't mess around - buy their cookies.
My friends and I arrived about a half hour before closing and it was obvious that they wanted to get out of there. They were out of most breads by that time and the staff was already cleaning and packing up. My friend asked to use the restroom about 5 minutes before they closed and they said No, that they had just finished cleaning it. Really? What did they think she was going to do in there? Maybe some splashed water that could have easily been wiped up with a paper towel? I don't think I will return and I won't recommend.
A world-class bakery. Croissants as good as any I've had in France. So glad it's in Pasadena!
Recently their quality has deteriorated!
Got the chocolate scone which was just the right consistency (nice and flakey) and not oily and the chocolate chips were good (would’ve been better if it was chunks). A+The egg salad toast was humongous!!! I split one and still felt like they must’ve used 2-3eggs just on my half. But delicious!
I tried the giant macarons here. They have basic flavors like strawberry, lavender, etc, but the macarons are huge for such a great price! I tried lemon, lavender, strawberry, salted caramel, pistachio. The macarons didn't crumble easily when I bit into them and the flavors were light. There's ample street parking.
This location is not quite as "fancy" as the Paseo location. But the food is all the same (like the delicious egg salad sandwich). One thing I really appreciated was the angle of the sunlight at this location as compared to the other. I realize that that's strange, but the sun shines very brightly through the main windows at the Paseo location, so even inside is no relief for the heat.
I brought pastries from here to a brunch and every single one was phenomenal. Everyone wanted to know where I got them!
Not the same service as it used to be. Must have changed hands
Amazing croissant, pain chocolate, Galette de Roi and other pastries. This specific location does need a little interior update. I usually bring friends to the other one. Coffee (specifically lattes are not good) so we tend to take pastries to go most of the time to eat at home.
I'm giving two stars because the workers are so pleasant and nice - that's it. I used to love coming to this place so much. The last few times I've come though, the coffee tasted burnt and the pastries tasted stale and soapy. If I hadn't heard similar complaints from 2 other people that same day I last went there, I wouldn't even write this. I don't know what changed but when I used to come here often I just really found everything to be so wonderfully fresh and delicious. Something definitely changed.
Haven't visited in 2 years and read some poor reviews in the last few months - our experience was excellent. We had a large order and the staff took care of everything. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Pastries, croissants and quiche were as good as we remembered. A must try in Pasadena!
This place is fantastic! Affordable prices, large portions and the staff members are consistently kind.
